Syriasly Debunked

Followers (Of Christ),

Syria and Rapture of "April 23, 2018", and a "Green Moon" April 20th, 2018 are three big subjects in the religious minded, or rather, would that be the non-religious minded? If our religions are meant to lead us to truth, let us start that the Green Moon of the 20th is false. Let's deal with the other two. The "Rapture" date of April 23, 2018 claimed by basically one person as a date of opening the eternally elusive Rapture period for claiming that Revelations 12:1-2 somehow means there will be a supposed "Rapture" of Christians followed by Armageddon and ensuing "end of the world" this "April 23, 2018". We happily disagree.

A self professed Christian man, Mr. Meade started nearly all the false and utterly debunked hype about April 23rd, 2018. The claims of even such a thing as "Rapture" 1.-Simply does not exist in the Bible, 2.-The planets/stars do not even line up the way Meade suggest that date and the "death star" as portrayed is conjectures thus far, 3.-It seriously pierces the consistency of all the Bibles prophecies otherwise that still must be fulfilled and have not.  Many still struggle with realizing Rapture theology is thourally disproven, despite nearly 47% of Americans believing in the unfounded theology as mainly an "America" only religious belief basically started by a man named Darby,...has no thourally studied  Biblical founding at all, and not to be confused by the fact Jesus Christ said he would come again, that much is true. If there is "Armageddon" of April, 23,2018, is equally as absurd, considering we have not cleared through a future World War 3 planned script act yet either, despite the psychological apprehensions of the allied strike on Syria.

Rapture, Syria, Revelations 12: 1-2...Is This Really The Sum Of All False Prophecy Fears?
The main thing to be afraid of, is the psychological impact to many Americans of the brazenly false, erroneous theologies as Rapture. That one false theology alone will cause many to suffer everything from neurosis, reckless disregards and carelessness about life, and lead many to drift, and lose faith when they realize they never got "taken"...in the false teachings of mans religions, at least in America. You will see and be here for the age of warfare eventually coming someday, but chill out, not all is so bad after all. Focus to the bigger message of all the salvation and hope coming.

In the first place, do not associate Revelations 12:1-2 as Rapture, or even a "second coming"...anywhere near this current time period. Think in terms of a millennium unfolding....see the long term picture without reading too much into "timeline" specifics. To many of you, almost exclusively Americans, that sounds "weird" to see this being said because of all the "books" and "movies" and "preachers" that used to teach "Rapture" as popularized and even monetized theological ideas somehow granting privilege, entitlement to not experience difficulties. It takes time to come out of false teachings, and know the underlying faith is stronger when one does. Most of us got slammed with teachings supposedly from the Bible, that affect our perceptions every-time we see pictures of jets, ships, missiles or "Middle East" as if in exclusivity. The rest of the world is impacted, but we "watch Israel" for perspective.

With the recent events about Syria once again prodding peoples "future visions", the "burning" question remains, could Syria or this future recurring conflict be a "fulfillment" of "prophecy" about Syria, specifically Damascus being reduced to "rubble"?  Damascus is the worlds oldest still standing city. Yet, first, we must realize Damascus and Syria has been destroyed to some degree before in Biblical history, and a read as well in 2 Kings 16:9  give us the impression that the prophecy was already potentially fulfilled during an attack by the Assyrians in 732 BC. The cities inhabitants were carried off leaving it essentially uninhabited.  There is clearly multiple historical context to consider.

However, when looking at the very well known issue of "The Prophecy Against Damascus" in Isaiah 17:1-3...it is not entirely clear it has a future context as "the cities" was plural context, and it is the City of Aroer that is known to be eternally deserted and leaves open the possibility that prophecy already got fulfilled. Not all agree. Remaining in prophecy consideration is Jeremiah 49:23-37, one can cite that Damascus destruction woes actually really has already happened to the degree and scope stated by prophecy, just as you can also argue as Jeremiah 49:23-27 judges Damascus as "become helpless" and that a "fire" will be "kindled" in it's walls. Israel too was foretold to become helpless, that may also bear past fulfillment, and possible future fulfillment.  While Damascus has been attacked, besieged, partially destroyed before, ....it has never been a "ruinous heap" if we focus so specifically to Damascus as we currently know it. The "burning" question seems to remain however, is the prophecy section about  some form of great "fire" kindled inside of it. This seems to describe the likelihood of possible nuclear explosion(s) without certainty, yet makes sense to reduce to "rubble" and then "uninhabitable" after a "fire". Anything is possible, we venture the prophecy still has some future implication. Of the two cities of earth that have faced atomic explosions so far, they had large Christian populations under the US dropping those bombs.  We should not forget that Christianity has a strong history in Syria, though many killed and fled, nor assume that it is the US that would be behind a future destruction of Damascus.

Given the amount of prophecy yet still unfolding about Israel, your only assurance is that "Armageddon" is not going to happen April 23, 2018 as falsely claimed by Rapture pundits. The ultimate fate of Damascus may be several more years or decades further into the future as the bright side of the recent allied strikes, or sooner than we care for, owing itself to the recent military rounds pushing back how soon Damascus can bring about it's own destruction. Assad seems to have a choice in the matter.

It is nothing to very little you or we can do about, except to pray, obey the Lord as did the then (Saul) become Apostle Paul on the road to Damascus. And appreciate the fact all the religious disinformation pushed by false "rapture theologies" are debunked more and more to eventually see a future world peace someday where allied and Israeli military actions of this weekend might push back much larger wars like "Armageddon" for many, many more years or decades as hoped.  That we as a human race,  will actually be around long enough past mankind's era of alarming warfares foretold to eventually see lasting peace for a thousand years. Especially if we keep our own peace from God to us in ourselves if Moscow, Tehran and Damascus (don't buy it, for long...recalling there is a power grab for the millennium approaching that many bid to win)  lets Israel, and USA stay on The Road To Damascus.

See you in the millennium...

Blessings,
